Steal Her Style: Erica Davies

Steal Her Style: Erica Davies

Here at HYDF, we routinely fall victim to a good old fashioned, #girlcrush. Right now, we're obsessing over Erica Davies of The Edited, the site where she muses about home decor, beauty, her life, and you guessed it, fashion. One look at her site and we think you'll agree—I mean come on, the woman makes even a sweatshirt look très chic! She's a print-mixing pro (the key is to keep the prints tonal), a master of proportions, and she always picks the just-right accents to finish off every outfit. After stalking her Instagram feed for months (this is normal, right?), we pulled three of our favorite looks that we think everyone should try at home. Trust us, these copy-worthy outfits are just what you need right now. Can you say #outfitplanner?

SUNDRESS + SWEATER

Even though the weather hasn't quite caught up to our mood, it's March and we all want to live in our sundresses and flowy skirts. But you can make this work by adding a bright sweater to those spring-y staples.

NEUTRALS + ANIMAL PRINT & RED ACCESSORIES

Take a trick out of Erica's book by adding a pop of red and a pop of leopard to your otherwise basic ensemble. These accents work no matter what you're wearing as long as everything else is neutral (i.e. black, white, tan, cream, grey, etc).

MOTO JACKET + DRESS + FLATS

Whether you're busy, on the go, or just feelin' a little lazy, throwing on a leather jacket over your sundress is a winner every time—just finish with a fun pair of flats and roomy tote.
